According to Today’s Trucking online magazine, Alberta’s Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation announced his government will now begin to recognize the DND 404 military driver’s permit.
This allows for the awarding of the civilian equivalent commercial licence to serving and recently retired vets who had a valid DND 404 within the qualifying timeframe.

Positioning a load is critical. Too much weight on one side or the other can have catastrophic consequences.
This truck hauling sand had its hydraulics literally pulled out from under it when the sand shifted causing the dump bed to twist away from the frame and turn the trailer over.

According to Wikipedia towing is the process of coupling one object to another’s, so that one can be pulled along behind the other. The towing source (lead object) is usually a truck or other motorized land vehicle. The coupling may consist of a chain, rope, bar, integrated platform, or some other means of keeping the two objects together while in motion.
So, that being said, not just cars and trucks can be towed but almost anything that will move can be towed.
Just remember that not all vehicles are made to tow and the safety considerations of properly towing another vehicle or object cannot be understated.
