Big Rig Towing & Recovery extends exceptional customer relations

One of our customers, Susan at IAA, was overjoyed and surprised when she was able to be a rotator operator in training today!

When Big Rig was called to remove a severely burnt truck from a repair facility to be taken to IAA for investigation and eventual disposal, Susan asked that when Big Rig arrived if she could watch the rotator in action. The owner of Big Rig Towing & Recovery, Rick Paley, more than happily not only showed but taught and allowed Susan to operate and actually rotate the damaged truck off one of our tandem decks into IAA’s yard.

A once in a lifetime opportunity, Susan was extremely overjoyed to be operating such an amazing piece of equipment.

As ongoing good customer relations, Big Rig Towing takes pride in being able to explain and demonstrate the capabilities of our tow trucks to our customers and their employees.

An expert 75-ton rotator operator can make all the difference

A tow truck rotator is essentially a big crane mounted to the deck of the tow truck. It can be used for everything from:

  • lifting heavy machinery that has tumbled from the back of a rig
  • lifting a load that has flipped over
  • removing a load from a rig that needs less weight so it can be towed
  • lifting heavy equipment from one place to another
  • assisting in transferring cargo from one rig to another
  • And so much more…

Big Rig Towing has a number of rotator tow trucks and can boast that they have the only 75-ton rotator in southern Alberta. An expert rotator operator can make all the difference in getting your towing situation resolved quickly and safely.

We pull our fair share of hapless rigs and heavy equipment from any number of situations.

Contact Big Rig at 1 (866) 398-7444 for IMMEDIATE 24/7 service if you find yourself in an emergency roadside predicament.
