A couple of posts ago, we discussed that Big Rig Towing often has to make use of its 75-ton rotator to lift overturned trailers and many other heavy objects and types of equipment involved in accidents and breakdowns. So not only trucks and rigs are towed, but almost anything that will move can be towed.

In the images below, the crane’s stabilizer leg sunk into the ground. Theoretically, the stabilizer leg should prevent the crane from tipping over while in operation. Unfortunately, because the ground was so soft and unstable, over it went and Big Rig was called to the rescue!

Remember though, that not all vehicles are made to tow and the safety considerations of properly towing another vehicle or object cannot be understated. When in doubt, hire a professional.
